**All Sales Are Final**
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been placed and shipped. We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Delays caused by the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
Weather-related delivery interruptions
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Customer absence or unavailability at time of delivery
Packages left unattended after delivery
Failed delivery attempts due to customer circumstances
Changes of mind after shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
While we do everything possible to ship orders on time, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and can be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, high-volume periods, and regional disruptions.
The Paper Bag Bakery is not responsible for carrier delays and cannot issue refunds as a result of shipping disruptions.
Incorrect Address Responsibility:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at the time of purchase.
Damage or Quality Issues:
If your order arrives significantly damaged or is not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptional Circumstances:
At our discretion, and as a goodwill gesture, we may offer store credit or a discount for future orders. This does not constitute an obligation for future cases.
